Acceptance of Orders
All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery terms. If for any reason China Imprint cannot meet the required delivery, a representative will contact you.
All orders are subject to credit approval.
China Imprint will accept no changes to the order unless done so by fax or email and confirmed by China Imprint in writing. .
If an account has not been established, payment of 50% of the value of the goods must accompany the order.
Quotations issued by China Imprint are for price and delivery only and do not guarantee automatic acceptance of order. All orders will be subject to China Imprint credit terms and acceptance. A pre-payment may be required depending on size and amount of the order. Any delay in sending in your deposit could result in a delay to the ship date.
Camera-Ready Art
For laser engraving, please do not send art to size. Electronic Artwork must be supplied as an IBM PC EPS or TIFF File. China Imprint will reduce the art to fit on the required product. Art used for laser engraving metal products cannot be used for silk-screening; therefore an additional art charge/set-up will be applicable.
Flat, sharp, black & white line-art on glossy, photographic material. For multi-colored imprints, color separated art with registration marks is required.
Art will be held on file for a period of 24 months. All repeats after that period will require new art.
Pricing
China Imprint reserves the right to change color, withdraw or increase the price of a product without notice.
For pricing on orders exceeding end-line quantities, please contact our customer care department.
China Imprint reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered. Over-runs will be invoiced at actual price.
Production
The standard production time is approximately 5-25 business days X- China Factory and up to catalog end quantity and begins after artwork and credit are approved. Larger orders may require additional production time. Additional time may be required if credit is not established or in good standing. Should there be any unforeseen problems to meet your required delivery date on receipt of your order, a China Imprint representative will notify you.
Additional time is required for all proofs.
Any changes to an order once production has been started will incur charges for work done up to that point.
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written factory authorization, which will be granted only prior to order approval. Cost of dies, screens, digitizing, proofs and materials will be billed if ordered and completed.
Order changes (piece, color, artwork, shipping information) may result in changes to your ship date as well as additional setup and proof charges. If production has started, changes cannot be accepted.
Shipping
All prices shown in the catalog are F.O.B.,Chatsworth, CA. Postage, shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice.
Orders shipped using 3rd party freight accounts will be shipped F.O.B., Chatsworth, CA.
We can only guarantee the ship date, i.e. when the merchandise will leave our facility and cannot be responsible for carrier or en-route delays.
Most orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested. Orders that do not indicate shipping instructions will be shipped at the most economical method to meet the in-hands date as per your order.
A drop-shipment charge of $5.00 [G] on each shipment after the first shipment will be applicable.
Returns
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to China Imprint's error would be replaced at no cost if returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. A written authorization from China Imprint. is required prior to any returns. Merchandise returned with no such authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. No credit will be issued for merchandise that is not authorized to be returned to China Imprint.
Force Majeure
No liability hereunder shall result to either party from delay in the performance or nonperformance caused by circumstances beyond the control of the party affected, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, government regulation, direction, or request, accident, strikes or labor problems or shortage or inability to obtain material, equipment, or transportation, or by impracticability of performance, except nothing herein contained shall excuse the Customer of its liability to pay for Products sold, used, retained, levied against or unaccounted for after said Products are in its possession.
Copyright Notice
All the copy or material submitted by the customer for the use in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy of other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any laws, and China Imprint. hereby disclaims any liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer's copy or material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory's use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.
Catalog and Web Photography
The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of decorated products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark. Products shown online or on printed material may vary slightly from actual products due to inherent limitations in photography, film separations and printing.
Use of Trademarks
Logos shown on products on our web site appear only to illustrate the products we offer and the variety of ways in which they can be decorated. The use of logos that are trademarks or copyrighted work of other companies are never intended to suggest that Chinaimprint.com owns the rights to those trademarks, or that chinaimprint.com would make those products featuring the trademarked logos of others available to any purchaser without the permission of the owners of the trademarked or copyrighted art or copy. By submitting any order to us you grant us permission to display and exhibit products containing your trademark or copyrighted material on our web site, in our catalog, in our offices, and in the usual course of business and to distribute the same or similar goods as samples of products available. We agree not to sell or offer for sale any products with your trademarks or copyrighted material without your prior consent.
Additionally, the contents of the Chinaimprint.com website, including, but not limited to, the arrangement and assembly, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, are copyrighted materials owned by Chinaimprint.com. You may use our web site and its contents as a shopping resource for non-commercial use only.
California Proposition 65 Safety Statement
All China Imprint products, meet applicable federal safety and warning requirements as enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Consumer Product Safety Commission. California Proposition 65, otherwise known as Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, states that products shipped to California must display consumer product warnings informing users of chemicals known to the state of California to include carcinogens or reproductive toxins unless such chemicals are not present or are present below established Safe Harbor Levels (harmful concentrations of known California Proposition 65 chemicals).
China Imprint has fully tested all of our decorating and printing inks used to decorate products in China. Although these independent findings show that our inks do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a California Proposition 65 warning label, California Proposition 65 has not fully established Safe Harbor Levels for all materials used in all China Imprints products. For interested parties, China Imprint may be able to provide, upon request, certification of independently tested concentrations of specific chemicals for specific products. In addition, China Imprint clients may request that the label below be applied to their products prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with California Proposition 65 regulatory requirements.

Cancellations/Changes
Overseas order changes cannot be accepted once approval of the pre-production sample or the purchase or custom material is confirmed.
